The Hello & Goodbye package is our popular set & up tear down service. We set up your decor well before the first song plays and pack it up after the last song ends.

Hello & Goodbye overview: ​

• Hello packages start at $275.00

• Goodbye packages start at $270.00 

• Perfect for the DIY Bride 

• Consultation one week prior to the event to go over set up & take down plan

• Review of venue contract to ensure Front Porch Event Planning follows venue guidelines

• Front Porch Event Planning will arrive 15 minutes prior to agreed set up time 

• Hello (set up) service includes: Welcome, Memory Dessert & Gift Table, seating chart, Media/Signage, Guest seating (linen & centerpiece placement)

• Goodbye (teardown) service discreetly begins 90 minutes prior to reception ending

• Goodbye service includes: removal and gently packaging of decor in boxes/totes provided by client

• Front Porch Event Planning will ensure the venue is in clean condition and send picture to a designated person once takedown service is complete

• Front Porch Event Planning will require a designated emergency contact
