Front Porch knows how much heart, soul, and hard work you have poured into planning your dream wedding! Our Day-of Coordination service is here to step in and take the logistics off your plate, so you can finally sit back, breathe, and enjoy your special day with your favorite people! We will seamlessly manage your master timeline, act as the main point of contact for all your vendors, style your decor exactly how you envisioned it, and handle everything in between!

Day of Coordination Service |  $800

  • 1 hour planning session meeting four weeks prior to the event  (generally four weeks before)

  • Wedding timeline creation & overview meeting (two weeks prior to event) 

  • 1 hour oversight meeting (one week before event) 

  •  assistance, Seating Chart, Welcome & Memory Table set-up, additional media placement

  • Rehearsal oversight   

  • Bridal Party alignment & right hand person (day of)

  • Go to person between bridal party, family, vendors & venue coordinator  

  • Vendor Coordination (confirm arrival time & placement) 

  • Timeline Management

Optional Add On's

  • Set Up & Tear Down Service $300.00 (three hours)

  • Rehearsal Management 

  • Rehearsal design, planning & management
